5. Appointment Booking

If you book a call through the booking page (cloud.robin4consulting.com), the data you enter (name, email address, phone number, chosen date and time and any message) is processed only to schedule and hold the appointment. The booking tool is Nextcloud Appointments, self-hosted on our own server operated by Robin Angelé EI; no third-party provider has access to this data. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the appointment and any follow-up.
